Whether you are interested in just getting a good workout or you want to train for competition at Chu's Martial Arts we can help you meet your goals. Our MMA training incorporates Boxing, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ).

Mix Martial Arts is a full contact sport in which a wide variety of fighting techniques are used, including some striking and grappling

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, mixed martial arts events implemented additional rules for the safety of the athletes and to promote acceptance of the sport, while maintaining as much of the original         no-holds-barred concept as possible.

Mixed Martial Arts is the most demanding of the fighting sports, the ultimate testing grounds for all the technique, strength and endurance you have acquired in kicking, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
